Below, you will find a copy of our puppy purchase contract.  We have spent a lot of time and hard work bringing about each litter, and we want to be sure that each puppy goes to a good home.  To ensure that, we have outlined buyer obligations in the contract that must be adhered to.
We prefer that buyers pick up their puppy in person.  This is so you can meet us, meet the mother and littermates, and ask us any questions - and driving the puppy yourself is much less stressful and risky than shipping.  
Please be advised that shipping a puppy via airline in extreme weather conditions (i.e. very hot or cold) is dangerous and we'd rather have you use ground shipping or come in person.

Any person(s) interested in being placed on the list for a puppy must read, sign, and send the contract to us, along with a $500 deposit (cash, paypal with a 3% fee, and bank checks accepted).  
YOUR SIGNED CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT WILL HOLD YOUR PLACE FOR A PUPPY - puppies are chosen in the order we receive a contract AND deposit.
